How it works

SHIPPING.

We carefully pack your orders into our special boxes to ensure our products reach you in their prime, fresh and flavourful. Due to the perishable nature of the product, only those addresses reachable on an overnight courier service can be delivered to.

We deliver to all urban North and South Island addresses with NZ Couriers or Metro Urgent (including Waiheke Island to the NZ Couriers drop-off). Further rural delivery is often possible if organised pre-purchase. We can and do deliveries to local depots for collection by customers. Drop us an email at enquires@lakesidemeats.co.nz to arrange.

All packages will be shipped with authority to leave instructions.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

How do I know my order is on its way?

Upon completing your order a confirmation email will be sent to your designated email address.

Once your order has been packed ready for pick up by the courier, a tracking number will be created and a link sent out via email.

Orders placed before 10 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day, orders placed on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays they will be dispatched the next business day.

CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer a click and collect service making shopping faster and more convenient. During your online shopping experience you will be asked to nominate delivery to a specified address or choose to collect from our Taupo store.

Booking Cut Off Times:

DURING COVID LOCKDOWN THERE MAY BE A 24 HOUR WAIT ON ORDERS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAITENCE DURING THIS BUSY TIME.

Place your order before 10.00 a.m. for same day collection Monday to Friday.

Our hours are weekdays 7.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Saturday 7am to 1pm.

Click and collect orders are to be purchased online prior to 10 a.m. for collection after 3 p.m. that day.

ORDER AND PAYMENT ENQUIRIES

Browse our selection on the site and when you find what you are looking for click on ‘add to cart’ Once you have finished shopping simply click on the shopping trolley icon at the top of the page and this will take you to the checkout.

Follow the prompts to fill in delivery, payment method and contact details. Once complete you will be taken through to our secure DPS server to complete the payment.When payment goes through, an order confirmation email will be sent out to you by email.

Due to the perishable nature of our product. we cannot processes returns. However, if your order arrives and is unsatisfactory, please contact us to discuss.
