This website is operated by Lakeside Meats. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lakeside Meats. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

BILLING

All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We send out orders every Tuesday and Thursday. For Tuesday dispatch we require your order and payment to be submitted by 5pm Sunday. And for Thursday dispatch we require your order and payment to be submitted by 5pm Tuesday.

Due to the perishable nature of the product, only those addresses reachable on an overnight courier service can be delivered to.

We deliver to all urban North and South Island addresses with NZ Couriers or Metro Ugent (including Waiheke Island to the NZ Couriers drop-off). Further rural delivery is often possible if organised pre-purchase. We can and do deliver to local depots for collection by customers.

All packages will be shipped with authority to leave instructions.

Upon completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your designated email address.

Once your order has been packed ready for pick up by the courier, a tracking number will be created, and a link sent out via email.

CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer a click and collect service making shopping faster and more convenient. During your online shopping experience, you will be asked to nominate delivery to a specified address or choose to collect from our Taupo store.

Orders are to be purchased online prior to 2pm, the day prior to your preferred collection date.

Collection times to be during store trading hours.

Click and collect orders incur a small packaging fee of $5.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot processes returns. However, if your order arrives and is unsatisfactory, please contact us to discuss.
